1. Scope

This policy explains what personal information Carnivore Wellness LLC (30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers carnivore-wellness.com, guthealingmethod.com, and the programs we sell.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, billing address, and anything you write to us in a support message.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of the transaction and the last four digits of the card. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site — collected through cookies and similar technology.

3. Health information

You do not need to tell us about your health to buy from us, and we do not ask. If you choose to describe a health condition in a support message or in the members' community, we treat it as confidential, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use cookies and pixels to keep the site working, to measure traffic, and to understand which advertising leads to purchases. This includes tools from advertising platforms. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

7. Marketing emails

If you buy from us or ask for our material, we may email you about our programs. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Emails about your subscription — receipts, billing notices, cancellation confirmations — are not marketing and continue while your subscription is active.

8. How long we keep it

We keep order and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Everything else we keep only for as long as we need it, and then delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will action it. We do not charge for this, and we do not treat you worse for asking.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may be located there or elsewhere. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Children

Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
